YEABUCHA Kombucha F2 Flavor Recipes: Fruit Punch

Fruit Punch Kombucha

Ingredients:

  • 1 gallon of home brewed kombucha
  • 1 green apple (can sub red)
  • 1 orange
  • 10 Strawberries
  • 20 Blueberries

Directions: Chop the fruit into pieces that will fit into your F2 bottles. Divide the fruit evenly to each bottle and top with home brewed kombucha. Fill to the top and tightly seal bottles. Store in dark cabinet for 1-4 days. Refrigerate and enjoy!

YEABUCHA F2 Flavor Recipe: Honey, Lemon & Lavender

Lemon Lavender & Honey Kombucha

Ingredients

  • 1 gallon home brewed kombucha
  • 4 - 5 sprigs of fresh lavender (1 - 2 tbsp dried)
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Local Honey

Directions: Juice the lemon and remove seeds. Drop a small pinch of dried lavender or a small sprig of fresh lavender to your F2 brew jar. Divide lemon juice and honey evenly among your F2 brew jars. If using 16 oz brew jars, use 1 tbsp lemon juice and a pea sized drop of honey. Pour home brewed kombucha on top and fill all the way up. Seal tightly and store in a dark cabinet for 2-4 days depending on ideal flavor.

Mango Cilantro Kombucha

Ingredients

  • 1 gallon of kombucha
  • 1 Mango (Fresh or Frozen)
  • 1 Sprig of Cilantro

Directions: Peel and cut the mango into pieces small enough to fit in your bottles and split the mango between your F2 brew jars. If using 16oz brew jars, add approximately 1/4 cup of mango and 1-3 cilantro leaves to each jar to start, the more leaves used will result in a stronger cilantro flavor. Fill to the top and tightly seal bottles. Store in dark cabinet for 1-4 days. Refrigerate and enjoy!

Pumpkin Pie flavored kombucha recipe by YEABUCHA for second fermentation

Pumpkin Pie Kombucha

Ingredients:

  • 1 gallon home brewed kombucha
  • 1 can of organic pumpkin
  • 4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp nutmeg

Directions: Divide ingredients evenly among F2 brew jars. If using 16oz brew jars, add 2 tbsp canned pumpkin, 2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp nutmeg to each jar. Adjust based on jar size and desired flavor. Pour homemade kombucha on top and tightly secure the cap to promote carbonation. Store in a dark, closed cabinet for 2-4 days, then refrigerator.

Juicy Black Cherry Kombucha

Juicy Black Cherry Kombucha

Ingredients:

  • 1 gallon of home brewed kombucha
  • 16 - 20 cherries, pitted and chopped - Fresh or Frozen

Directions: Divide cherries evenly among F2 brew jars. If using 16 oz jars, use 5 cherries per jar. Be sure to remove stem & pits. Pour home brewed kombucha on top and seal tightly.  Store bottles in a dark, closed cabinet for 2 - 4 days based on taste preference.

Plum Cardamom Kombucha

Ingredients:

  • 1 gallon of  home brew kombucha
  • 2 - 3 Plums
  • 1 tbsp Cardamom Pods

Directions: Pit & chop plums. Divide ingredients evenly into F2 brew jars. If using a 16oz jar, add 1/3 of a plum, sliced and 1/6 tsp of cardamom pods into each jar.  Pour home brewed kombucha on top and fill all the way up. Seal tightly and store in a dark cabinet for 2-4 days depending on ideal flavor.

Apple Cinnamon Kombucha

Ingredients:

  • 1 gallon home brewed kombucha
  • 1 green apple 
  • 1 tsp Vietnamese cinnamon 

Directions: Dice apple. Add ingredients to the bottom of your F2 brew jar. If using 16oz brew jars, add approximately 2 tbsp of diced apple and 1 pinch of cinnamon to each jar. Pour home brewed kombucha over ingredients and fill bottles to the top. Seal tightly with lid and store in a dark cabinet for 2-4 days depending on flavor preference.

Watermelon Kombucha

Ingredients:

  • 1 gallon of home brewed kombucha
  • 3 cups of chopped watermelon 

Directions: If using 16oz F2 brew jars add approximately 1/3 cup of watermelon to the bottom of your jar. Adjust portions based on jar size and flavor preference. Pour home brewed kombucha on top and fill all the way up to promote carbonation. Store in a cool, dark place for 2-4 days depending on flavor preference.

Fuzzy Peach Kombucha

Ingredients:

  • 1 gallon of home brewed kombucha
  • 2 peaches

Directions: Slice & chop peaches into bite sized pieces, removing pits - to fit into and out of your brew jars. Divide peaches evenly among your F2 brew jars. If using 16oz bottles, approximately 1/4 of a peach per jar. Pour home brewed kombucha on top. Fill to the top and seal tightly to promote carbonation. Store in a dark, closed cabinet for 2-4 days. 

How to make cinnamon mandarin kombucha at home.

Cinnamon Mandarin Kombucha

Ingredients:
  • 1 gallon home brewed kombucha
  • 3 mandarin oranges 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (or one cinnamon stick divided)
Directions: Peel and segment mandarin oranges. Divide oranges and cinnamon evenly among F2 brew jars. If using 16oz jars, add 3-4 pieces of peeled mandarin and one pinch of cinnamon to the bottom of each bottle.  Pour home brewed kombucha over ingredients and fill bottles to the top. Seal tightly with lid and store in a dark cabinet for 2-4 days depending on flavor preference.

Mango Elderberry Kombucha

Ingredients:

  • 1 gallon of home brewed kombucha
  • 1 large mango
  • 3 tsp dried elderberries

Directions: Peel and chop up mango into small pieces. Divide mango & elderberries evenly between F2 brew jars. If using 16 oz jars, use approximately 2 tbsp of mango and 1/2 tsp of dried elderberries. Pour fresh brewed kombucha on top. Seal tightly and store in a dark, closed cabinet for 3-4 days before moving to the refrigerator.

Dragon Fruit Mint Kombucha

Ingredients:

  • 1 gallon of home brewed kombucha
  • 1 dragon fruit (yellow or red)
  • 1 - 2 mint sprigs

Directions: Peel dragon fruit & shop into small pieces. Dragon Fruit can be found with red or yellow skin and some variations of the red skinned fruits have red flesh as well - any type works! Mint leaves can be chopped or left whole. Divide dragon fruit & mint leaves evenly among F2 brew jars. If using 16 oz jars, approximately 1 - 2 slices of dragon fruit & 2 leaves of mint. Pour fresh brewed kombucha on top and seal tightly. Store bottle in dark, closed cabinet for 2-4 days depending on taste then move to refrigerator.
