Earthy Crunchy Kombucha Bowl

Ingredients:
  • ¾ cup berry kombucha
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides or protein powder
  • 1 pack frozen acai 
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ handful frozen mixed berries
  • 1 handful mixed organic greens

Directions: Blend all ingredients and top with fresh strawberries, hemp granola, chia seeds and kakao crumbles.

Dragon Goddess Kombucha Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup mixed berry kombucha
  • 1 package frozen dragon fruit
  • 1 handful of power greens mix
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 scoop of collagen peptides 

Directions: Blend all ingredients and top with blueberries, chia & hemp, and dash of bee pollen.

Favorite Fall Kombucha Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup apple cinnamon kombucha
  • 1 package frozen acai 
  • 1 handful of kale
  • 2 scoops of collagen peptides 

Directions: Blend all ingredients and top with apples, blueberries & strawberries (fermented or fresh), chia seeds, coconut flakes, cashew butter and dash of maca powder.

Berry Berry Kombucha Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup fresh blueberry kombucha
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 cup organic frozen blueberries, strawberries & raspberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides 

Directions: Blend all ingredients and top with bee pollen, frozen blackberries, coconut flakes, & a heaping scoop of almond butter

Chocolate PB & Banana Kombucha Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup home brew kombucha
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 handful organic spinach
  • 1 package frozen acai 
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder 
  • 1 scoop organic almond butter

Directions: Blend all ingredients and top with coconut flakes, hemp seeds, chia seeds & kakao

Pitaya Berry Kombucha Bowl

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup fresh kombucha
  • 1 package frozen pitaya
  • ½ cup of frozen raspberries/strawberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides 
  • 1 handful organic spinach

Directions: Blend all ingredients top with banana, chia seeds, bee pollen, hemp granola and frozen wild blueberries.  

Coco Nut Kombucha Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup fresh kombucha
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides 
  • 1 cup assorted frozen fruit (bananas, strawberries, blueberries)

Directions: Blend all ingredients and top with fresh fruit, kakao, hemp seeds, bee pollen and maca powder

OG Kombucha Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh kombucha
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries & raspberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 
  • 1 handful spinach

Directions: Blend all ingredients until smooth, and top with fresh strawberries, coconut flakes, bee pollen, chia seeds and hemp granola.
