Plum Cardamom Kombucha

YEABUCHA Kombucha F2 Flavor Pairings Plum & Cardamom


  • 3 Plums
  • 1 tbsp Cardamom Pods

Directions: Chop the fruit into pieces that will fit into your 16 or 32 oz F2 bottles. Add the plums and cardamom to each bottle and top with home brewed kombucha. Fill to the top and tightly seal bottles. Store in a dark cabinet for 1-4 days. Refrigerate and enjoy!

    I was a little sceptical about plum and cardamom kombucha especially as I’m not all that fond of plums but I had some so gave it a go and I’m pleasantly surprised. I really like the kombucha. It’s an interesting flavour and will definitely make it again. Thanks so much for sharing the idea and recipe.
