Italian Herb Kombucha Vinegar
Ingredients:
- 10 basil leaves
- 4 sage leaves
- 4 sprigs of parsley
- 2 sprigs of oregano, remove stems and just use leaves
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed with the side of a knife
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- Optional: if you like fennel, add a few pieces of fennel fronds
- 3 cups of over brewed kombucha
- Quart sized mason jar
Cayenne Kick Kombucha Vinegar
Ingredients:
- 2 inch nob of ginger root
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 cups of over brewed kombucha
- Quart sized mason jar
Taco Kombucha Vinegar
Ingredients:
- 3 green onions cut into 2 inches pieces, green and white parts
- 2 cloves of fresh garlic crushed with the side of a knife
- Juice from one lime
- 1 tsp salt & 1 tsp pepper
- Optional: cilantro 3 whole sprigs
- 3 cups of over brewed kombucha
Zesty Herb Kombucha Vinegar
Ingredients:
- 1 tbs of oregano leaves
- 1 tbs of thyme leaves
- 1 tbs of tarragon leaves or 1 tbs of cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves crushed with the side of a knife
- 1 tsp salt & 1 tsp pepper
- 3 cups over brewed kombucha
- Quart size Mason Jar
