YEABUCHA Recipe for Pomegranate Ginger Kombucha

Pomegranate Ginger Kombucha

Ingredients:

  • 1 gallon home brewed kombucha
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 6 inches of ginger root 

Directions: Peel and chop ginger. Divide ingredients evenly into each F2 brew jar. If using a 16oz jar, add 2 tbsp of pomegranate seeds and 1 tbsp of ginger to each jar. Pour fresh brewed kombucha over the top. Fill to the very top and tightly secure with lid. Place bottle in closed, dark cabinet for 2-4 days depending on ideal taste. 

YEABUCHA Kombucha Flavors F2 Tangelo Recipe

Tangelo Kombucha

Ingredients:

  • 1 gallon of home brew kombucha
  • 1 whole tangelo, peeled and segmented

Directions: Peel tangelo. Slice fruit to create small rings, then separate individual pieces. Divide tangelo pieces evenly among F2 brewing jars. Pour fresh home brewed kombucha on top & secure with a tight lid. Store in a dark, closed cabinet for 2-4 days depending on taste.

Ginger Mint Kombucha

Ingredients:
  • 1 gallon home brewed kombucha
  • 6 inches ginger root
  • 2-3 sprigs of mint

Directions: Peel and chop ginger. Divide ingredients evenly among F2 brew jars. If using 16 oz jars, use approximately 1 tbsp of ginger and 2 - 3 mint leaves per jar. Top with fresh home brewed kombucha. Fill to the top and seal tightly to promote carbonation. Store in a dark, closed cabinet for 2-4 days depending on taste. Refrigerate or serve directly over ice.

Grape Kombucha

Ingredients:

  • 1 gallon home brewed kombucha
  • 1 bunch of grapes (approx. 40 grapes)

Directions: Add grapes to F2 brew jars. Grapes can be whole, crushed or cut. We recommending cutting for easier removal post fermentation. If using 16 oz brew jars, we recommend 5-8 grapes per jar. Pour fresh home-brewed kombucha on top. Seal tightly to promote carbonation. Store in a dark, closed cabinet for 2-4 days before transferring to fridge. 

YEABUCHA Kombucha F2 Flavor Pairings Lemon Ginger Recipe

Lemon Ginger Kombucha

Ingredients:

  • 1 gallon home brewed kombucha
  • Juice of 1 - 2 Lemons
  • 6 inches of ginger root

    Directions: Juice or peel and dice one lemon. Divide evenly among F2 brew jars. If using 16 oz brew jars, approximately 1 tbsp of lemon juice & 1 tbsp of ginger root in each jar. Pour home brew kombucha on top, filling up jars completely. Seal tightly. Store in a dark closed cabinet for 2 - 4 days prior to refrigeration. 

    YEABUCHA Kombucha F2 Flavor Recipe Pineapple

    Pineapple Kombucha

    Ingredients:

    • 1 gallon home brewed kombucha
    • 1 cup of diced pineapple

    Directions: Divide pineapple evenly among F2 brew jars. If using 16 oz brew jars, add approximately 5 chunks of pineapple to each jar & pour fresh home-brewed kombucha on top. Fill to the top and seal sightly to promote carbonation. Store in a dark, closed cabinet for 2-4 days.

    Blood Orange & Bee Pollen Kombucha

    Ingredients:

    • 1 gallon home brew kombucha
    • 1 blood orange 
    • 1 - 2 tsp bee pollen 

    Directions: Peel the blood orange and cut into small pieces. You do not want to leave skin on any citrus in F2 as it can make your kombucha taste sour. Divide blood orange into F2 brew jars. Add a pinch of bee pollen to each bottle. Pour home brewed kombucha over ingredients and fill bottles to the top. Seal tightly with lid and store in a dark cabinet for 2-4 days depending on flavor preference.

    Strawberry Kombucha

    Strawberry Kombucha

    Ingredients:

    • 1 gallon home brewed kombucha
    • 1 large bunch of strawberries (approximately 15 - 20 strawberries)

    Directions: Add strawberries fresh, frozen, whole, muddled or chopped to the bottom of your bottle and pour fresh home-brewed kombucha on top. If using 16oz brew jars, use approximately 3 small strawberries per jar. Fill to the top and seal tightly to promote carbonation. Store in a dark, closed cabinet for 2-4 days before transferring to fridge.

    Starfruit Kombucha

    Ingredients:

    • 1 gallon of home brewed kombucha
    • 1 starfruit

    Directions: Slice & dice starfruit. Divide fruit evenly among your F2 brew jars. If using 16oz brew jars, add 2 - 3 slices of starfruit to each jar. Pour fresh home brewed kombucha on top. Fill to the top and seal slightly to promote carbonation. Store in a dark, closed cabinet for 2-4 days.

    Blueberry Mint Kombucha

    Ingredients:

    • 1 gallon home brewed kombucha
    • 1 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
    • 2 - 3 sprigs of mint

    Directions: blueberries can be left whole, diced or muddled and mint leaves can be left whole or chopped. Divide blueberries and mint leaves evenly among F2 brew jars. If using 16oz brew jars for F2, add 2 tbsps of blueberries & 2 - 3 mint leaves to each jar. Pour home brewed kombucha over ingredients and fill bottles to the top. Seal tightly with lid and store in a dark cabinet for 2-4 days depending on flavor preference.
