Loaded with vitamin C, Pineapple kombucha is so sweet and refreshing you'll have the whole family enjoying your booch, even the kids! Pineapple contains high amounts of bromelain, an enzyme proven to reduce inflammation, swelling and bruising, as well as speed up healing time after an injury or surgery. We love not only the delicious taste, but all the health benefits added by flavoring kombucha with this powerful fruit.
We prefer fresh pineapple, but frozen also works. We don't suggest canned pineapple, especially if it has added sugar in the juice.
5 chunks of pineapple
Add pineapple to the bottom of your bottle & pour fresh home-brewed kombucha on top. Fill to the top and seal sightly to promote carbonation. Store in a dark, closed cabinet for 2-4 days.
