Pineapple Kombucha

YEABUCHA Kombucha F2 Flavor Recipe Pineapple


  • 1 cup of diced pineapple

Directions: Divide pineapple evenly among F2 brew jars. If using 16 oz brew jars, add approximately 5 chunks of pineapple to each jar & pour fresh home-brewed kombucha on top. Fill to the top and seal sightly to promote carbonation. Store in a dark, closed cabinet for 2-4 days. 

*Flavors 1 gallon of kombucha

We prefer fresh pineapple, but frozen also works. We don't suggest canned pineapple, especially if it has added sugar in the juice.
