Strawberry kombucha is one of our all time favorite flavors. Especially in season, we can't help but add these juicy berries into our booch almost weekly. Strawberries are also great for promoting carbonation in F2 because of their higher sugar content. We love strawberries on their own, as well as paired with other herbs and fruits such as:
- Strawberry Blueberry (pictured below)
- Strawberry Mango
- Strawberry Basil
- Strawberry Mint
3 small strawberries per 16oz bottle
Add strawberries fresh, frozen, whole, muddled or chopped to the bottom of your bottle and pour fresh home-brewed kombucha on top. Fill to the top and seal tightly to promote carbonation. Store in a dark, closed cabinet for 2-4 days before transferring to fridge.
This flavor is also great to pair with our bubbles and booch cocktail.
*Measurements are based off a 16oz glass bottle. Have fun with ingredients, there is no need to be exact. If you prefer your kombucha on the sweeter side, add extra strawberries.
