Mango Elderberry Kombucha

Mango Elderberry Kombucha recipe by YEABUCHA

This is YEABUCHA sister Brooke Furtick's #1 favorite flavor and for good reason! Mangos are the perfect balance of sweet to the complex, hearty taste of the elderberry.  When the two flavors combine not only do they produce a beautiful rich colored kombucha, but one that tastes so good, it might not last in your refrigerator for long.

1 large slice of fresh mango

1/2 tsp dried elderberries

How to make mango elderberry kombucha

Chop up mango into small pieces and add to the bottom of your bottle along with dried elderberries. Pour fresh brewed kombucha on top. Seal tightly and store in a dark, closed cabinet for 3-4 days before moving to the refrigerator.

The color of your kombucha will change a lot during F2.  What starts as a light tea color will darken into a color that could almost be mistaken for red wine.
