- 1 gallon of home brewed kombucha
- 1 large mango
- 3 tsp dried elderberries
Directions: Peel and chop up mango into small pieces. Divide mango & elderberries evenly between F2 brew jars. If using 16 oz jars, use approximately 2 tbsp of mango and 1/2 tsp of dried elderberries. Pour fresh brewed kombucha on top. Seal tightly and store in a dark, closed cabinet for 3-4 days before moving to the refrigerator.
The color of your kombucha will change a lot during F2. What starts as a light tea color will darken into a color that could almost be mistaken for red wine.
