Cinnamon Mandarin Kombucha


  • 1 gallon home brewed kombucha
  • 3 mandarin oranges 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (or one cinnamon stick divided)
Directions:  Peel and segment mandarin oranges. Divide oranges and cinnamon evenly among F2 brew jars. If using 16oz jars, add 3-4 pieces of peeled mandarin and one pinch of cinnamon to the bottom of each bottle.  Pour home brewed kombucha over ingredients and fill bottles to the top. Seal tightly with lid and store in a dark cabinet for 2-4 days depending on flavor preference.
