Cinnamon mandarin kombucha is a go to fall flavor in our households. The cinnamon gives it a warm seasonal taste and smell, while the mandarin boosts the sweetness.

1/4 tsp cinnamon
Place ingredients in the bottom of a 16oz glass bottle. Pour home made kombucha on top and seal tightly with cap. Store in a dark, closed cabinet for 2-4 days depending on preferred tastes then transfer to refrigerator.
