Kombucha is best consumed on an empty stomach. Starting off with kombucha as the only substance in your gut, allows you to see what type of effect it has on your body. Does it make you feel more calm and relaxed? Do you find yourself craving more of the bucha? Does it put a smile on your face? Kombucha is a tincture that is best consumed in smaller amounts on a regular basis, rather than large amounts every once in a while. Try swapping out that morning cup of coffee for some kombucha and feel the calm energy take over!
Everybody is different, and our bodies react differently to kombucha. As long as the bucha makes you feel good, there is no wrong way to drink it! If at any point you do not feel well after drinking kombucha, cut back on your intake and drink water.
